Programmatic Evaluation & Enhancement Strategy

The Task

The Osborne Association, an organization that has served the currently and formerly incarcerated and their families for over 80 years, wanted help strengthening their workforce programs.

 

Our Strategy

  • Worked closely with all levels of staff – from executives to program teams
  • Assessed Osborne’s organizational structure, service model, and funding streams
  • Used a design thinking approach to develop program workflows, standard operating procedures for front-line staff, an organizational chart, and corresponding job descriptions

  • Recommendations on how to adopt a sectoral employment strategy, strengthen employer engagement, and improve the coordination of client services across different programs within Osborne – and the tools to make those recommendations possible
