We worked closely with our partners LISC NYC, Public Policy Lab, and Pratt Institute and NYCHA staff and residents to design the program, in particular getting input from residents who have been involved in the program for a while to understand where external resources could help.
The Resource Team has established a pool of qualified technical assistance providers and connected developments with providers, who in turn have supported residents at the developments to make decisions about development partners.
