Before this stage, we’ll have started the process of mapping out who your key stakeholders are. We prioritize engaging impacted groups from the outset so that they are part of, and embrace, each solution designed. We also find that the most innovative solutions are created when blending on-the-ground perspective with research and the best project management techniques. We’ll use this step to set expectations, establish our role, collect input, and define what we’re trying to accomplish.

Getting stakeholder input comes in many shapes and sizes. We use structured interviews, surveys, focus groups, town hall meetings, advisory boards, and more to ensure all stakeholders are comfortable sharing their perspectives and opinions.
