Assess

We start every project by verifying what the need is, and where your organization is in tackling that need. We want to define what we’re solving, and gather context around the issue.

We’ll kick off with an in-person session, and leave this phase with clearly articulated project objectives that address your needs, and a project management process in place to structure the rest of our work together. Most importantly, we’ll have started the process of getting to know you, and gotten critical institutional knowledge to target where we can add the most value.
