We’re excited to bring back our annual #PublicWorksGivesBack campaign, which will run from now until the end of the year. In the coming weeks, we’ll celebrate our nonprofit clients’ accomplishments over the past year and recognize inspirational organizations that are important to the Public Works team.
Why we give back.
Our annual giving campaign stems from our mission to bring the tools of management consulting to the nonprofit and public sectors. We do this to help organizations increase their impact, advance their missions, and build stronger communities that work for all. While we recognize that 2020 has been an incredibly trying year for nonprofits, it has also been a year in which our nonprofit clients and partners never ceased to amaze us. From providing work readiness services for those struggling to find work to designing and implementing equity and diversity training, our clients showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and made a difference in their communities. We are proud, especially this year, to send a portion of our profit back to these change-making organizations.
We are also proud to support organizations that are meaningful to the Public Works team. Our commitment to advancing social good doesn’t end with the workday—we actively engage with communities and interests that extend beyond the office, a characteristic that makes our team truly special. As this crazy year draws to a close, Public Works will #giveback to the nonprofits doing critical work that is close to each of our hearts. The #PublicWorksGivesBack campaign celebrates our team’s unique interests and increases the impact they each can make for the organizations they care about.
How we give back.
During this period, Public Works is proud to be supporting our nonprofit clients through year-end donations, sponsorships, and event attendance and matching employee donations to any registered 501(c)3 organization. We’ll shout out some of these awesome nonprofits on our blog, in our newsletter, and through social media. Please join us in giving back and follow along with our hashtag, #PublicWorksGivesBack.
