To address this pain point, we’re excited to announce a new partnership with Public School to offer Strategic Planning Workshops for City Agencies. Our workshop breaks down the core components of a strategic plan to give your team the tools to set a vision, align activities to achieve that vision, and establish a timeline for implementation.

Available as a half- or full-day session, learn how to:

  • Assess the current state of your agency or program
  • Prioritize short-term and long-term goals
  • Develop a timeline for implementing your goals and tracking progress toward them

Participants will leave with a grasp of opportunities and priorities to advance their mission, and with actionable steps to finalize and execute their team’s strategic plan.
